Multi-Company Close-up Meeting (on-line)
Thematic open discussions on “hot” topics (eg: cybersecurity IoT, EDGE, IoT Analytics, GDPR) which are reserved to a maximum of 12 participants, to ensure the proper level of interaction. Participation is by invitation only.
Each close-up meeting is led by an industry expert (consultant, analyst, association representative) and one representative of each sponsoring company.
The participating companies and/or PA agencies are selected from the event’s registrant lists, according to the expected profile data (industry, job position, company size, etc.). Sponsor companies are invited to express their expected profiles data.

Promo DEM
Promotion of the company’s participation in the event, through an email blast sent to all the current edition registrants. The promo e-mailing is scheduled in the days preceding the event, to reach almost all the collected registrants.
For mailings to registrants of previous editions it is possible to use the services offered by IOTHINGS MAG.
The service includes:

Promo Video
Projection of a corporate video at the beginning, at the end and in any interval of the conference sessions, in a continuous loop together with any other videos.
Max. duration: 1 min. (Video provided by the company in one of the most commonly used formats)
Booklet Distribution
It is the distribution to the attendes of documents such as white papers, dossiers, articles, case history collections. Upon the event’s registration completion each attendee will receive via e-mail the link to consult and possibly download the document.
This service is very useful, for example, to make the sponsor company known to participants of a close-up meeting or a hosted event, in order to make them more aware and involved in the meeting itself.
The service includes:
- Link to the document to be consulted and downloaded in the registration confirmation email (link on the event website or company website, your choice)
Booklet Creation
(Survey, White Paper ecc.)
Creation of a booklet such as “Survey” or “White Paper” on a specific hot topic – for example IoT and EDGE, 5G Networks or other – in digital version and possibly also printable version. The White Paper is distributed on the occasion of promotional tasks before and during the selected event(s).
Under the supervision of the sponsor company, we will prepare a 10-12 page primer document including the customer’s considerations and highlighting his skills.
The quotation of this service is on request, according to the content to be developed.

SINGLE COMPANY EVENTS

By using our database we design the most suitable digital strategy for each company to attract the expected target and to generate B2B contacts. Through an effective mix of online events, digital services and a team of content marketing experts, we bring together supply and demand, needs and solutions.
The creation of these valuable networking moments cannot be random: to reach the correct target we adopt a tailor-made approach.
The schedule of our events takes place over two phases:
- Phase 1. Lead generation, through Talks, Main and Breakout Sessions, Roundtable, etc.
Phase 2. Direct meeting between the Sponsor companies and the leads generated in the first phase, through initiatives such as Close-Up and One-2-One Meeting, Matchmaking, Clinic, Open House and Hosted Event.
Hosted Event
The sponsor company can host its own session within the event, on the most appropriate planning within the event schedule.
In this session the company can focus on the presentations while Innovability takes care of the organization and the promotion to registered companies and to our database in general.
Access to this session is, at your choice:
- free, upon registration
- upon confirmation by the event’s organization secretariat or by the company, following the registration
- by invitation only, the invitation is sent to profiled contacts

Close-up Meeting Single-Company (on-line)
Thematic open discussions on “hot” topics (eg: cybersecurity IoT, EDGE, IoT Analytics, GDPR) which are reserved to a maximum of 12 participants, to ensure the proper level of interaction.
Each close-up meeting is led by an industry expert (consultant, analyst, association representative) and by one/two representatives of the sponsors’ companies.
ACCESS. Attendance is by invitation only .
TARGET. The participating companies are selected from the event’s registrant lists, according to the expected profile data (industry, job position, company size, etc.). Sponsor companies are invited to express their expected profiles data.
The long list of potential companies / PA agencies is submitted to the Sponsor for validation and further selection of the candidates, in order to produce the short list, that is the list of the target audience to contact.
OPERATION. We produce all operational materials (invitation, program page and registration page) and, if requested, we also send in advance to the invited people specific content (eg researches or whitepapers).
We send personal e-mail invitations and perform the subsequent recall to collect the confirmations.
At this stage we can also send some useful questions for a survey to be proposed as a starting point for discussion at the event.

Open House
The Virtual Open House offers the opportunity to create your own event at your company’s premises or at customer’s (case history).
It is much more effective to show live what has actually been achieved – or the organization adopted to provide a service – than to show technically beautiful but sometimes “cold” presentations or corporate videos.
Attendees will participate in presence and/or on-line.
The format provides a meeting of about 1:30 – 2 hours max., reserved for 20-25 contacts selected and invited to participate. Typical moments are:
- an initial video shooted in the various departments of the company where collaborators present the activities carried out and / or show technologies and products. The video, lasting maximum 5 min., can be made independently by the company or it is possible to request the service of a specialized video maker (quotation on request).
- A brief introduction by an industry expert, proposed by Innovability, which introduces the company’s representatives (max. 3) who will deliver their speeches related to the video subjects
- Questions & Answers session for interaction with the audience, where the company representatives are available for insights and clarifications. The industry expert enables the interaction, breaks the ice, collects questions and limits too long speeches.
The company chooses the selection procedure for attendee participation:
- upon confirmation by the event’s organization secretariat or by the company, following the registration
- by invitation only, the invitation is sent to profiled contacts

Clinic
The Clinic is a service that the sponsor company provides free of charge to the event’s participants to answer specific technical questions and / or provide guidance for their projects. In this way, the company highlights its competence and authority and acquires operational leads from companies that have concrete and immediate needs.
The meetings last maximum half an hour and aim to a first acquaintance and examination, in view of further insights on later moments.
We send a specific email to all the event’s registrants, promoting your Clinic opportunity. Participation is on request and subject to confirmation from the organizational secretariat or the company.
