What is a Hybrid Event?
A hybrid event is an event that takes place in a physical location, but an interactive live audience also participates online.
What is the difference between a traditional event with streaming and a hybrid event?
A traditional event with streaming involves the digital distribution of content. The hybrid event, on the other hand, involves live interaction of online participants who follow the live broadcast. The format is similar to television programs, which are characterized by episodes, instead of concentrating all activities in parallel (conferences, workshops, visits to stands, meetings…).
What are the advantages of a hybrid event compared to a traditional event?
A hybrid event multiplies the number of participants, allows the participation of international guests, reduces the participation costs of speakers and the audience and increases the ROI.
Why is a traditional physical event (short tail) inefficient compared to a hybrid one (long tail)?
In an on-site event, all activities are concentrated in one or two days. Attendees can’t join all the parallel conferences and/or meetings, the participation costs of sponsors and exhibitors are higher, the possibility of valuable meetings during the event is less effective.
What is the different between "Light Hybrid" and "Full Hybrid"?
The “Light” mode has speakers and moderators present in physical places together with a small and selected audience, while most of the participants attend remotely. The “Full Hybrid” instead involves face-to-face exhibition activities and networking.
How can a hybrid event help reach new overseas customers?
The possibility of having participants connected anywhere allows to find additional content of interest and attract additional participants especially from foreign countries.

How to participate in the Innovability’s Hybrid Events
What is the basic level of participation?
The basic participation level includes a basic online visibility with the following benefits: company logo, company description on the website and on promotional DEMs sent to our contact database and a press release on the event website
Which services can be added to the basic participation?
Activities such as Breakout Speech, Virtual Booth, Talks, Digital round table, Virtual Close-up meeting can be added to the basic participation. This allows you to choose the various services/activities of interest to compose your own “tailor-made package”, paying only for the activities you want to do.
Services can be added even when the event has already started?
Yes. In case of Full Hybrid event those activities can be realized on-site.
Can I choose a "classic" partecipation that includes a speech and booth?
Yes. Breakout speech and Virtual Booth activities can be added to the basic participation.
If I want to organize my workshop or meeting during the event, what support will I get from Innovability?
