Target Profiling
The sponsor company identifies the guests profile defining parameters such as:
- reference sector/industry
- role-level
- company size
- geographical area
- others
WHAT THEY ARE: 90-minute thematic open discussions on “hot” topics – Iot Cybersecurity, EDGE Architectures, IoT Analytics, GDPR, IoT Networks – which are reserved to a maximum of 12 participants, to ensure the proper level of interaction.
CONDUCTING THE MEETING: Each close-up meeting is led by an industry expert -consultant, analyst, association representative, journalist – who has the task of facilitating the exchange and keeping it on the defined topics, if necessary.
ATTENDING: depending on the choice of the sponsor company, the meeting takes place:
SPONSOR COMPANY ROLE: participating with one / two representatives; at the beginning of the meeting they have the opportunity to make a short presentation, to outline the topic and illustrate the company’s business or related projects. During the debate the representatives intervene with their own considerations and / or answers on the participants’ comments.
INNOVABILITY ROLE: meeting content tuning, find the moderator, send invitations to the target participants, recall, online platform management, welcoming participants and support during the meeting.
ACCESS: Participation is by invitation only and subject to registration.
TARGET: The participating companies are selected according to the expected profile data (industry, job position, company size, etc.) provided by the Sponsor company.
ADDITIONAL OPPORTUNITIES: short video interviews with company representatives can be made during the meeting. It is also possible to send the guests “ad hoc” content in advance, such as research or white papers, or to submit short surveys.

On the basis of the profiling data, approximately 80-100 potential contacts are extracted from the Innovability database.
It is possible to apply the search only to those registered at the event in which the company participated as a Sponsor / Exhibitor to get fresh interested people.
The Sponsor company validates the anonymous long list (company and position), to highlight both the companies + positions to be eliminated and companies +positions of great interest.
Once the unwanted contacts have been eliminated, the short list is consolidated, and it constitutes the working basis for personal invitations.
Invitations sending. We create each operational material: personal invitations, program page and registration page; if requested, we also send the guests “ad hoc” contents in advance, such as research or white papers.
Telephone recall to solicit answers. At this stage it is possible to submit short surveys whose answers can be proposed as the starting point for the discussion at the meeting.
